Course Overview
To fulfill the requirement of hospital administrators, the health sector needs trained candidates in the field of medical and management. The management of hospitals is a bit challenging because of continuously changing medical technology and rapidly growing hospitals. The management job also includes increasing awareness among public about all modern diagnostics and therapeutics. The management administrators have to face stiff market competition and are responsible for promulgation of laws like CPA and RTI Act.
This course prepares candidates for all these aspects related to hospital management.
Eligibility
Candidates holding MBBS, BDS, Bachelor of AYUSH, B.Sc. in Nursing or M. Pharma from any recognized institutes are eligible for this course. 2 years of experience in their fields will be preferable.
Candidates with B. Pharma, Bachelor in Physio-therapy and Occupational therapy degrees are also eligible for this course but they must have at least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
Admission Procedure
Admission procedure includes submission of duly filled admission enclosed with other documents mentioned in the application. It includes copies of academic certificates, nationality certificate, Domicile certificate, Caste Certificate (if required). Admission fee in prescribed format (Demand Draft/ Cheque/Cash) should also be enclosed with the application form.
Duration
The duration for this course is 1 year for those who want to pursue it in regular mode. It is also available in distance learning mode for medical professionals and in that case, the duration can be extended for 4 years with addition fee payments for each year.
