In the Aerospace Engineering field the engineers design, test, and supervise the manufacture of aircraft, spacecraft, and missiles. The objective of this undergraduate program is to prepare skilled professionals join the aerospace industry.
Course Details:
The four year degree course curriculum covers basic science subjects, core and advanced subjects pertaining to structural design, guidance, navigation and control, instrumentation and communication, and production methods, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, celestial mechanics, propulsion, acoustics, or guidance and control systems, computer-aided design (CAD) software, robotics etc. The curriculum may include specialization in a particular type of aerospace product, such as commercial aircraft, military fighter jets, helicopters, spacecraft, or missiles and rockets. The course is taught using theory, practical, tutorial and project and designed to provide the basic concepts, hands on practice and a project which prepares the student to face the real world.
