Kick up a fuss - When you shout at someone to explain it to others also that he/she had annoyed you up, we use this phrase to make it idiomatic.

Sample Usage

1. He kicked up a fuss when she made his clothes dirty by spilling the drink on his coat.
2. He tore away her dress; she kicked up a big fuss.
3. I don't understand why she kicked up the fuss, was it just to insult him?
