When any article, news, or any web content is published with an error in any form (be it spelling mistake; wrong venue; wrong time; grammatical error; or any other error), a Corrigendum is written afterwards to specify where the error occured. So Corrigendum is a correction made to a previously published article. Corrigendum is singular and the plural is Corrigenda. Corrigendum is very common in published journals.
