Inquest

An Inquest is a formal process of investigation. A common inquest is an investigation of medical examinations for any cause of suspicious death under any unidentified circumstances.
An inquest can also be used in cases of corruption in any department to check the results that whether they are right or wrong. It can also be explained as the formal inquiry on any simple case.

Synonyms: Investigation, inquiry, examination, autopsy, probe, review.

Antonyms: Conclusion, findings.
