Where have you been all these days? Where did you go last week?.
Where have you been?
Imagine you and your friend are members of a sports club. Both of you used to meet regularly in the club. But suddenly, your friend had not come to the club for many days and if he appears after a long gap, you can say: What a surprise!Where have you been for all these days? Never say : Where did you go?

Where did you go?: You can use this question only with the past time. For example :I could not find you in the club yesterday. Where did you go?

Now let me give a very simple example taken from a popular nursery rhyme:

"Pussy cat, Pussy cat where have you been? I have been to London to look at the queen, Pussy cat, pussy cat what did you there? I frightened the little mouse under the chair" This is a wonderful example which suits to describe the tense.

Sample Usage
