Difference between 'Pray' and 'Prey'

Pray
To pray is to offer prayer to God.

Prey
A prey is a victim.
To prey(upon) is to hunt and kill.

Pray

2. She prayed to God to help her.

Prey
1. The shark at savage prey.
2. He fell prey to muggers.
