Meaning: to ask for forgiveness for using a swear word / cussing. This is a phrase used when one tries to pass swearing off as french language.
It is uttered in an attempt to carry off with the swear words asking the listener to feel them as some foreign words.

Also used as "Pardon my French".


Sample Usage

1)He is a son of a bitch ,Excuse my French,but he deserves it.
2)Pardon my French,but I cant help swearing in this situation.
