Ingenious and Ingenuous are commonly confused words as they sound similar. However, they are both pronounced differently and have different usage.

Ingenious is an adjective.

Ingenuous is an adjective.
Meanings: frank; honest; innocent; candid; trusting; sincere
Antonym: disingenuous
