"Any time means no time" is a proverb which says that if a person fails to do a work at the right time and postpones it to some other time due to his laziness, than he could not get that work done at any time. This proverb is in resemblance with another proverb "time and tide waits for none". Both of these proverbs speak about the preciousness of time.
1. If a lazy farmer finds it difficult to go to work on one day, then this laziness would follow him every day which can stop him from doing his work. This is similar to the proverb "any time means no time".
2. Ramesh thought that he could study all his lessons in the last week of his summer vacation but when the last week came, he postponed his studies to the last day forgetting the proverb "any time means no time".
