Difference between 'Impassable' and 'Impossible'

Impassable
Impassable means that which cannot be passed or crossed.

Impossible
Impossible means that which is not possible.


Sample Usage

Impassable
1.This place is impassable in the rainy season.
2.The road is impassable because of the flooding.

Impossible
1.Impossible is a word only to be found in the dictionary of the fools.
2.Nothing is impossible to a man of determination.
3.It is impossible to sing and drink at the same time.
4.It is an impossible task to perform.
