I assure you that this will not affect her studies in any way and I will make sure that she is able to submit missed homework and assignments on our return to Delhi.
Please grant Shruti leave from school for the concerned dates and expedite the same at the earliest.

* Make sure that you clearly state the dates and not just the number of days that you wish to take leave
