Difference between Theist, Atheist and Amethyst

Theist is a person who believes in God or Gods.

Atheist is a person who does not believe in the existence of God.

Amethyst is a pale purple colour.

There is also a transparent gemstone called Amethyst.

Sample Usage

Sarla was a theist.

Sheela was an atheist and had no spiritual inclinations.

Her scarf had an amethyst shade.

The finger ring that she wore had an amethyst stone in it.
