    Gastric problem

    i have gastric problem last two years symthomes are toilate not clear, body ach, gase fom in stomach etc. please sir suggest me how can i treat my problem. thanks

  • Drink one glass of warm water
    with a pinch of salt mixed in the morning as
    first thing.Avoid Bed coffee or tea for some days.

    Home remedy:
    Fry the following in little oil.
    1.A small piece of ginger.
    2.Four/five clusters of garlic.
    3.1/2 teaspoon full of pepper.
    Crush this to make a chutney.
    Add little salt to taste.

    Eat this with meals in the night.

    Eat a banana half an hour before dinner.

    With this you do not get releif.Please consult a Doctor.

  • Which are very simple, very easy to prepare and yet effective of Ayurvedic medicine. You can take some exercise in push up and Thoppukaranam Exercise it will cure gastric problem also.

    Home remedies

    1. Take a tablespoon of Omam Powder it will mix hot water to drink after food it will cure gas in stomach.
    2. One lemon to take and juice to it and add some salt mixes it well and drinks this mixture before your meals.
    3. Take one tablespoon of curd and kadukkai powder to mix it and drink before food drink every day.
    4. Crush mint leaves in bowl to add a glass of water and mix well to take up for two weeks daily.
    5. Elathi Chooranam Tablet takes 2 pills and grind and take hot water to mix it well and drink after food. It will cure gas trouble on stomach.
    6. Elathi Chooranam Powder mix with buttermilk and drink after food.

    Avoid

    1. Must avoid this hot and spicy food with salty foods also.
    2. In your mouth to grinding a food of small quantities to eat food
    3. Avoid chew gums
    4. Avoid more to eat in onion
    5. Avoid Alcohol and Smoking.
    6. Avoid carbonated drinks to gas heavily
    7. Stress level in your body to reduce
    8. Must avoid exercises after a meal

  • Avoid the unwanted junk foods. Eat in right time which means you eat when you feel hungry. Don't swallow the food chew it properly. Avoid carbonate drinks. Avoid cauliflower,cabbage,potatoes, radish.

    Take cumin water which improves digestion.Take a cup of buttermilk and add with salt, coriander leaves and asofoetida.
    Take pinch of ginger and make a juice and sufficient hot water with lemon and honey in early morning. It relieves the problem and correct your belly fat.

    You can take roasted garlic in the early morning. Better to avoid chilly and take pepper. Moreover, drink hot water after taking food and regularly.
