  • Hi!

Yes, it is a good idea to pursue CFA course after completing MBA.
You can enroll for executive CFA course offered by ICFAI Business School (IBS)or other B Schools.

CFA course will enhance your career prospect in terms of attractive emoluments & greater opportunity for career growth & development. You can find employment opportunities in a variety of fields like investment management; corporate finance & control; investment banking & financial services; international finance & risk management; etc.

  • Hi,

It will be certainly helpful to pursue an CFA after completing MBA.
You can either take up Indian CFA from ICFAI institute or US CFA.

Indian CFA has exams in form of 6 groups, each group consisting of two papers. While US CFA consisits of three levels.
Doing either of them will enhance your knowledge greatly as there is an in depth coverage of topics in both of them.

Also, MBA+CFA is a lethal combination for getting great job opportunities in terms of both profiles as well as monetary compensations. Its very much in demand.

    Best Regards

  • Yes it's a good idea to do MBA after doing CFA because you can improve your knowledge after doing MBA. It will also add a Post graduate degree in all your certificates and its very helpful to you to understand whole concept of finance. It will also put a very good impact on interviewer when you go to an interview. So my suggestion is to you to do MBA with finance and it will be really helpful for you.
