    Looking for best height increasing products? Read the experts opinion on how to increase height and best way to become taller.

    I am a 15 yr old girl and my height is not increasing since from 3 years. My current height is 155 cm (51). My mother height is 54 and my fathers height is 57. Has my growth of height stopped ?
    will my height increase in upcoming years..?
    how much tall i can grow ?
    plz sir, do tell me..!
    I want my height upto 55.. if there is any way.. then plz do tell me..

    Your hieght can be increased by doing exersice. You have to take regular food. Take milk regular.

  • I think 155 Cms is a pretty good height for a 15 year old :). Anyways here are a few suggestions

    1. Stretching exercises: This helps in stimulating the growth hormones, which is, as the name suggests, necessary for the growth of a human body. More concentration should be given to the spine and legs.
    2. Food habits: Calcium is one of the most important minerals your body (Esp Bones) needs for proper growth. And the best source: Milk! Stick on to a good diet; Preferably have cornflakes with milk and a cup of juice everyday morning after your workout.

    A Sincere advice: I know you really wanna grow tall :). But beware of all those growth enhancers, supplements etc. Avoid all those suggestions. You easily have another 5-7 years wherein you will grow naturally! Give it some time. Follow a proper regime and it will work out!

  • I suggest following tips for increasing the height.
    1. Do the regular exercise for body fitness, thereby increasing the stamina to do other exercises too.
    2. Do the jumping exercise too for height improvement.
    3. Eat more vegetables during meal
    4. Eat plenty amount of water to keep the stomach clean and fit for further meal after prescribed amount of time.
    5. I will suggest ayurvedic medicine "STEP UP" to use if required. You can see the add of the same medicine on TV daily.

  • Attaining a proper height is based on your gene, heredity and external forced factors.
    Normally a girl has a height of 5'4'' or 5'5''.

    You can increase your height in the following ways.

    1. Do yoga exercises especially meant for stretching. Follow books or watch videos in YouTube to learn more about it. This should be done in a daily basis. Do this in early morning and again before you go to sleep.

    2. Eat healthy food. Fruits, energy drink, less protein contained food should be in your diet list. Completely avoid eating junk food.

    3. Use spike shaped foot pads in your shoes. Whenever you go out, wear them. You can also buy a spike shaped foot board which you can stand on during your free time. This is effective only when you use it for longer period. The effect also takes time.

    4. You should go for swimming in daily basis. This is the best sport which can make your body athletic and grow your height as well.

    5. You can try hanging exercise. This needs to be done only 2 days a week.

    6. You can try out height growing drinks from reputed companies like Amway, Shape Works. Do not get cheated by fake companies.

    7. Visit a nutrition expert who will chalk out your diet, and give you other tips.

    AS your age is only 15, there are chances of growth in your height. Following the above said points, will certainly help you gain height.

  • This is all related to genes so when your parents are of medium height then there are less chances that you are going to be taller than this, as this is going to be some what average.

    Then also I would like to advise you that there are some fraud people out there in the world, who will show you some kit etc, some sort of medicines that they claim, will help you in increasing your height.

    So better got for the natural ways, go for the exercises, like cycling, hanging from a short height, not too much above the ground, only few feet, so that you can try at least from your side.

    Also a person is recognized with the activities, with the deeds he or she makes, personality plays a role but personality shines when we are good at what we are, when we are down to earth, when we fine in our talent, some people are good at sports, some are good at studies, some are good at acting, singing etc, so we know them by that, not by height.

  • Since you are 15 years old, there is still 2-3 years left for you to increase your height if you take it in the terms of medical. Usually at 18 years the production of growth hormone (responsible for height) stops and growth biologically stops. So I think you still have time to increase your height. Small height can also be termed as a genetic problem. If either of your parents is a bit short, than it is natural that you poses the gene of that parents and your height is a bit small. If this is the problem then I have to say that it will be a bit difficult for you to increase your height. There are no limit in height, everything is totally dependent on the production of the growth hormone. To increase the production of growth hormone you need to take in more calcium, chlorine, protein, low sugar content food and do some stretching exercise. Do remembers that the production of growth hormone increases more at night, so include more amount of soundless sleep and try to have more protein (pulses, meat) and calcium (milk) in dinner.

  • To grow tall or to increase your height, please do not resort to any medicines or supplements. You can try the following natural ways to increase height:
    -Do Yoga and stretching exercises on a daily basis.

    -Try Cycling regularly. It really helps to grow tall.

    -Consume lot of calcium-rich food like Milk, Bananas, cereals, oats, spinach, yogurt, etc. daily.

    -Eat lot of green leafy vegetables, pulses, juicy fruits, etc.

    -Try skipping with ropes and fast walking in early morning sunlight.

  • Growth is controlled by some "Growth Hormones", so you need to boost your growth hormone level.
    • This can be done by sleeping more. Sleeping generally boosts testosteron, growth hormone etc.
    • Exercise is also helpful. A regular exercise will boost growth hormone level.

    Height of an individual mainly depends upon the genetic factors. Since your parents are 54 and 57, dont worry about that.

    You have still 3-4 years to grow. So you will grow naturally.

    For increasing your height, do excercise regularly. Swimming, skipping and cycling are the best. Play sports like volleyball and basketball. If you are not interested in these, you can dance with your favourite tracks.

    Eat wholesome diet, which includes the protiens, vitamins and minerals essential for growth. Include fruits, vegitables, milk, meat etc in your diet.

    Never go for what the market says.

    You can increase your height by the following ways:
    1. You should take a regular diet which will help to fuel the body to grow taller.

    2. Do exercise daily. First and the most common exercise is morning walk.

    3. The most important point is to sleep well. Try to sleep in dark or least light to make your muscles relax so that they will grow well.

    4. Try to keep your head or neck straight as much as possible.

    5. Try skipping

    6. Eat green vegetables, fruits, pulses etc.

    7. Drink milk which gives you calcium.

    8. If possible then do cycling regularly.

    this is the age where you could easily gain height,
    you can increase your height easily till you are 18 later it will be difficult.here are a few things you need to follow
    H.G.H(human growth hormone) is a kind of hormone which helps you in gaining height
    FOOD: the best foods which helps you in increasing your height are milk,egg yolk,beef,chicken,nuts,all orange colourd fruits like orange,carrot etc..
    try to take at least 2 eggs a day and as much milk as possible.
    Exercise:
    proper exercise gives a boost in our growth
    here are a list of simple exercises which you could do even at home
    1.skipping
    2.back bending: sleep on the floor with your head facing towards the ceiling and hands on the ground now slowly raise your legs clockwise and try to make your feet touch the ground behind your head. i.e nearly u have to place your knees on your forehead. this helps in stretching your spine.
    3.touch the feet: sit on the ground with your legs stretched straight now try to touch your feet with your hands remember you should not bend your knees. this helps in stretching both your legs and spine.
    4.hanging on the pole.
    5.standing on toes.

    sleep: proper sleep is also an essential factor in our growth so always have comfortable sleep at least 9 hours a day.
    i heard somewhere that body takes the first 8 hours of sleep just for relaxation and after that the remaining hours of sleep helps in growth

    apart from the above three you could gain height artificially through some of the height gain drugs available in the market but they have some or the other side effects so i advice you not to prefer such ones.

    But friend always remember constant efforts never go in vain so never get depressed and always be positive,yours is the age stop not and be successful..

    I to have the same problem but i got a good answer for that and you can try to, for increasing the height just drink more milk and do cycling and skipping both increases leg length don't take any medicine it may cause side effect and ask the physical experts like p.t staff so that they will recommend certain food and exercises in order to increase your height.

    Take protein rich food items.
    Use a diet plan to give more importance to tissue building foods.
    Drink fruit juices. Whichever you like. Apple is really good.
    Take dry fruits and other energy giving items.
    If your problem is genetically related then you need not to worry.
    Eat egg, meat, liver, cod liver oil, sea food, fishes, milk and other high protein giving items.

    If you judge people, you have no time to love them.
