There are no easy approval process or link to get a Premium Adsense Account. Moreover, Premium Adsense account is a kind of an invitation for those webmaster (Google Adsense Publisher) whose blog/ websites have a daily page views of atleast ten to twenty thousand. Usually, Google Adsense team invites such publishers to upgrade their Regular account into Premium Adsense Account only if their blog/ websites have fulfilled certain criterias.
