  • The avocado is a fruit of avocado tree found in the state of Puebla, Mexico, etc. Biological name is Persea americana. The avocado fruit is high Nutritional value. It contain main ingredient guacamole. Nutritional values approximately found as follows,
    Vitamin K: 26% of the RDA.
    Folate: 20% of the RDA.
    Vitamin C: 17% of the RDA.
    Potassium: 14% of the RDA.
    Vitamin B5: 14% of the RDA.
    Vitamin B6: 13% of the RDA.
    Vitamin E: 10% of the RDA.
    Also it contains small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin).
    Healthy benefits of avocado fruit is nutritious, fiber reach, heart healthy fats etc.

  • Avocado is a costliest fruit containing a single seed in it just like a mango in our country. Sometimes it is available in the fruit market. Its Indian name is Makhanpal or Nashpathi. The flesh of the ripen avocado fruit tastes like butter. In Tamil language, it is called as butter fruit. I think it is grown in the surroundings of Mysore in Karnataka. It is mixed with other fruits and consumed as salad.

    It is claimed that it gives the following benefits on consumption:
