The author should visit the website of Institute of Banking Personal Selection (IBPS) - for knowing about opportunities in the banking sector. They conduct examination for selection of candidates both for the clerks level as well as PO level. It may be noted that due time will have to be devoted in carrying out research about various types of opportunities available to the candidates after completing B.Com. degree. Many articles are available in the ISC resources also which may be searched and studied.
Mumbai being a major metro, all types of facilities are available there in pursuing various courses of one's choice. There are many institutions in Mumbai which offer courses in personality development and public speaking. The author may select one depending upon the area in which he lives.

After graduation it helps to do the soft skills training. This type of training makes sure that you're up-to the corporate level of communication and behavior. And this can be good before approaching any company for the job. If you do this sort of training before entering into the jobs then that is much better for your personal experience and also reduces obstacles at work.

Some of the places where you can learn these skills are -

    1. Chrysalis Soft skills training center (branches available in most of the cities).
    2. Image institute (multiple branches across India)
    3. British Council Training (suitable for IELTS and soft skills)
    4. Parivartan Corporate Training Academy
    5. Lets Talk Soft Skills Training
    6. Mentora Soft Skills Training Company

There are many other training institutes that may come up in list if you narrow the city with the keyword "soft skills". Apart from this it helps if you take some basic knowledge of the type of job you are going to pursue in the near future. This helps you transition quickly at that job.
