Hold or sell NBCC shares purchased in OFS

Confused whether to keep or sell NBCC shares? Find advice from experts on this page.

On Friday 21st October 2016 I have purchased 3301 NBCC OFS shares for four family DEMAT accounts. The price of the share shed by more then 25 Rs in the last three trading sessions.
Is there scope of increase in the near future?
Should I hold these shares of sell on this Monday itself?
    Can you provide guidance?

The 52 week high and low for the share of NBCC are 299.40 and and 162.45, respectively(NSE). Today's (26.10.2016) closing price of NBCC is 237.85 in NSE registering a loss of 1.65%. As far as I understand, the price of the script will see a major correction during next one month. However, the NBCC Chairman has stated that Government has no plan to divest more than 15% shares of NBCC right now.
Keeping in view the above facts and figures and checking the technical parameters, I would suggest purchasing of this share gradually as and when more correction of price takes place, from long-term (more than one year) perspective. No comment on short-term price movement or intra-day trading.

Beware! I question everything and everybody.

Since the existing share is in the phase of correction and as such it would be better to differ the idea to dispose it off in the current time. Seeing its overhaul performance of the past, the investment in this script appear to be promising but you need to remain invested for at least a year in order to have huge profit from the share of NBCC OFS.
Tracking of upward swing or the down fall can be tracked through Internet as well. You may approach Financial - consultant for the valuable advice though he may charge 1.5 to 2.0 percent commission from your profitable amount. However, keeping in view of substantial margin by a way of selling the shares via the agent does not seem to be bad idea considering the profitability, you are likely to accrue.

NBCC is good public sector real estate company. But due to demonetization and no rate cut by RBI, interest rate increased .25% by Federal bank of USA are the major negative news for real estate and stock market. FII already has started big selling and removing funds from Indian market. The broader outlook of market is negative. So exit on pull back.
