The essential requirement to become a lecturer in a particular subject is Post-Graduation in that particular field. Moreover, qualifying the NET is another condition. So, to become a lecturer in Computer Application, you have to first acquire the degree of MCA with 55% marks (assuming you are a General Category candidate). Thereafter, you have to qualify NET in Computer Science and Applications.
However, if you obtain PhD degree in your branch of study, the criterion of qualifying NET will be dispensed with.
