  • There are 8300 vacancies in all Central Government Departments including the Union Territories and the state of Delhi as announced by the SSC for which it is conducting MTS Examination 2017. Those who have completed 18 years of age and passed X class or equivalent are eligible to apply. The examination consists of Two papers - Paper I is of objective nature with General Awareness,General English, Logical reasoning, Numerical aptitude and General Intelligence for 150 marks for 2 hours. It would be of objective type and a wrong answer would negate your score by 1/4 marks. Paper -II is of descriptive nature to write a short essay in English or any Indian language for 50 marks. It would be of qualifying nature only and the cutoff marks would be decided based on the number of vacancies versus number of candidates attending the examination.
