    Hi Friend

If you want to join in government bank, IBPS conducts the written test and interview and then the joining formalities are done by the respective bank if you are selected.

And if you want to join in private sector banks, first thing is you have to upload your resume in the banks websites career section. If there is any vacancy for freshers, the respective HR only will call u and inform you regarding job.

And also register yourself in job portals like Naukri, Shine etc. and apply as many jobs you can. And you will get multiple calls and you can attend the interview and can join in private sector banks.
