    How to get rid of mouth smell using home remedies?

    I am brushing teeth two times a day, morning and before going to bed. I am also using mouth wash at night but still getting bad moth odour after eating something. I want to know the causative agent of bad breath and mouth smell. Suggest me some home remedies to get rid of this problem.

    Bad breath can be due to a number of reasons such as eating odorous foods, smoking, dry mouth, medical conditions, gum disease, and sinus conditions.
    Follow this steps that will help you to remove this problem.
    Baking soda, also known as bicarbonate of soda, is another great solution for getting rid of and preventing bad breath. It helps balance the levels of acid that contribute to bad breath. Plus, it fights oral bacteria that cause bad breath.

    Mix one-half teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and use it as a mouth rinse once daily until you are satisfied with the results.
    Brushing your teeth with baking soda will also help reduce the acidity in your mouth and prevent bacteria from building up on your tongue.
    Curing bad breath with a lemon rinse has been used for generations. The acidic content in lemons prevents growth of bacteria in your mouth. Plus, its strong pleasant smell helps mask the bad odor.

    Just stir one tablespoon of lemon juice into a cup of water and rinse your mouth with it. You can also add a bit of salt to it and then use it. This remedy will help to solve the problem of dry mouth which is one of the main reasons that contribute to bad breath.
    If your bad breath persists even after trying these natural treatments, consult a doctor or dentist to see if there is a more serious underlying problem.

    1. Drink enough water to keep your mouth moist. Dry mouth leads to bad breath.
    2. Chew fennel seeds after your meal as it is a best mouth freshener.
    3. Chew on cloves or cardomom. Keep them with you everytime and chew on them.
    4. You can boil a tea spoon of cinnamon powder in water and rinse your mouth. This acts as a mouth cleanser.
    5. Swish water in your mouth after every meal and brush twice a day. If you sleep any time during day and wake up, make sure you brush your teeth after you wake up.
    6. Change your brush frequently atleast once in 6 months.

Keep stomach healthy by regulating eating and preventing constipation.
    Those who can, may eat betel leaves with nutmeg , clove, cardamom etc.. after taking food .

    chew green or black cardamom to remove mouth smell. otherwise you can try camphor and clove for freshening your mouth.
