Unfortunately after lot search in local area in Pune I am not able to find single center who can take Aadhar card application. All I am hearing about Aadhar card link and all but did not find any workshop government conduction for people who don't have it. All Enrollment center's when I reached are closed till further notice or telling me system is not working and waiting for Co-operation to fix. Aadhar card is well developed unique ID for the resident of India. It is the proof of the existence of the person having the aadhar card. Its main feature is:
    1. Biometric entry i.e. your 10 fingerprints and iris reading.
    2. Live photo.
these two things are very important to register in the application. So your presence only takes you to get aadhar card(If you are fresh applicant)
If you want to update your existing aadhar details. It is the very easy process just you need to link your mobile no and the e-mail ID with the aadhar card no.

I suggest contacting on the details I have given below. You can get the details of the working aadhar service center near your area.

If you are opting for a new Aadhaar Card, you will need to contact the permanent Aadhaar centre designated for your area. However, there are no obligations to visit the same Aadhaar enrollment centre for the purpose of getting an Aadhaar card. Enrollment can be done anywhere in India irrespective of your place of residence. You have to carry the requisite documents in original along with the copies thereof.
Online enrollment will not be possible as the your biometrics form an integral part of your Aadhaar identity. However, if you have already received an Aadhaar card and would wish to make certain changes or corrections, you can visit the official site for updating the same.
For updating the Aadhaar details, you can visit the link -

Aadhar card allocation is only possible through the regional "Grahak Seva Kendra" and the official muncipal kendra allocated by UID. You have to go there for the biometric entry as well as for other verification of the documents such as finterprints etc. In case of downloading the duplicate aadhar card, you can do this from your own home with printer or with grahak seva kendra that can do this for you. It will only cost for the print as you're just reissuing the duplicate.

It is not possible to apply online for AADHAR card. The reason behind this is very simple. A person has to give his/her fingerprints, iris reading and latest photograph. These are not possible online. So, an applicant will need to contact the permanent AADHAR centre. However, there is no hard and fast rule to visit the same AADHAR enrollment centre for the purpose of getting an AADHAR card. Enrollment can be done anywhere in India irrespective of the applicant's place of residence. The applicant is required to carry the requisite documents in original and also photocopies.

However, corrections/updations in respect of already exisiting AADHAR cards can be done online at the following site:-

Another intent of government to announce the services of Aadhar card was to assure that citizens who need assistance in gaining access to certain services of Indian government can directly approach these resources, avoiding the requirement of any middlemen. for more details click here.
