1. You are keen on BHMS is bachelor of homeopathic medicine and surgery, BAMS is bachelor of ayurvedic medical sciences. The expected cut off for BDS is said to be around 425-450 (not reliable), if you have any reservation, keep your options open.
2. Eligibility for BHMS/BAMS
50% marks in 12th with PCB option, completed 17 years.
Based on the NEET score and the marks scored in the 12th, candidates will be selected for the next step, which would be group discussion/interview.
From this score a list of candidates will be chosen for counselling. Here please make sure that you attend the I and II rounds of counselling and keep a look out for the waiting list.

3.The documents needed would be
10th and 12th completion certificate and marks card
NEET 2018 Admit Card.
NEET Rank Letter.
Counselling Letter issued by the NEET Authority.
Passport size photographs similar to that affixed on the online application form ( please keep about 8).
Optional: If this applies to you, Caste certificate, domicilary certificate and person with disability certificate.
The dates would be in July 2018. Please keep all the documents ready, download all the revelant NEET letters including rank letters, identity documents etc ready. Be prepared for long queues and crowds at the counselling centers. There will be regular updates displayed, ranking, progress, number of seats alloted and remaining all will be displayed. based on the 50th percentile of marks for the current year, the cut off would be decided. Please remember that the cut off is the LOWER END of the average marks scored and there would be many candidates in the top end.
Be alert, calm and have parents/brother/sister with you to give you moral support and choose wisely what is given to you.
4. Do your homework
You will not have much time to decide on the day of counselling. Before hand make a list of the seats and the colleges available, your choice in order of merit regarding the colleges and the courses. This would make it easy when the seats are actually offered to you when your turn comes.
