Admission in Real Estate Valuation via DDE in Annamalai university

The admission process is very clear. The notification will come. You can apply on line for the course you have chosen. The course is very good and useful for you. You have to get qualified in the entrance test and once you are through you will be given the admission. Then you will be receiving the course material and you will have good guidance for the preparation for the examination.

1. First please check that you staisfy the eligibility criteria for MSc Real estate valuation. Subject code 600
(http://audde.in/eligible.php?id=600).

2. Having checked the online application form. The Mandatory Programme code does not reflect 600.MSc Real estate valuation. Please contact the authorities about this difficult and then you can submit the application form online. (http://audde.in/contact.php).

3. Once you submit the application form, the form fees, then on confirmation an application number would be generated.

4. Once you have the application number, the you visit this link (http://audde.in/feesnewadmnbox.php) and pay the fees. For MSc real estate valuation it is Rs 19200 for first year, two semsters.

5. After that, you should get a confirmation mail from the university. If not you can check and confirm your admission by entering the application number and your date of birth in this link (http://audde.in/admnsliplogin.php).

Mr. Natarajan, sir as the online method does not reflect the subject, so is there any way to enroll offline and as application number is generated then proceed the further steps online.

Since the course does not appear in the list of offered courses at the official university website (only old exam question papers are to be seen), it is likely that it is no longer offered. Even the notification advertisements at the website, displaying admissions for various courses, do not show this specific course of M.Sc. Real Estate Valuation.

The course was launched for the academic session of 2010-2011. However, I came across this pdf doc which indicates that some legal notice seems to have been issued against the course, indicating that it was an illegal course. I would strongly advise you to always check whether a course is recognized by UGC and AICTE before you even start checking out other aspects like eligibility, fees, etc. Although the university itself may be a reputed, approved and recognized one, individual courses offered by it may not be recognized. The check of a recognition of a course is especially important for courses offered in distance mode.

Also, keep in mind that often qualifications acquired via a distance mode course may not be considered as a valid eligibility criterion for a job. I have seen job vacancies where it is clearly stated "Certificates or degrees acquired via distance mode unacceptable. It should be a full-time degree program at an approved university."

So do not seek offline admission for a non-existent course if this is the case.

Do not go for offline enrollment unless you have a letter or email from the university that your course is recognized. Do not go by verbal assurance or phone communication.

The advise above by our ME is mandatory. It is the basic rule for any prospective student to check that the university is recognized by UGC and also the specific course is recognized.

I have read your comments thoroughly and now dropped the admission in Annamalai but still, I am willing to take admission in the course MSc. in Real Estate Valuation. Can you suggest me some university best of your rich experience and knowledge and it would be excellent if it provides UGC approved degree via distance learning.

Since this thread's query is specifically related only to the course offered by DDE, Annamalai University, it is advisable to submit a separate query wherein you can enquire which university in India offers a recognized course via distance mode.
