There are some agencies which offer these online lectures as free to the aspiring students. One of them is free CA Final videos by ICAI which are available in Youtube.

As they are available in Youtube you can watch them free of cost and anytime you want.ICAI is providing CA Final video lectures at free of cost. These CA Final video classes/lectures available in both English and Hindi. These CA Final videos are very helpful to students. But you can't download them. I hope they will be very useful to you.
www.buytestseries.com is a site where you can finds videos for various subjects for CA. But they are not free. You have to pay for them.

ICAI is a reputed site so you can compare the course material in both the places and can find out the better one. In any case you should not depend on the notes from one place but the better technique is to take ideas and material from all the places but make your own notes.

If you follow that your notes will appear original and your chances to score high marks will be more. So take the material and salient points of your course from all the sites as well as text books and prepare accordingly.
