As your child is 4 years and trying to admit him for pre kg. You need not worry. Because as above authors mentioned you can try any of the school. If admission are over you will get admission in any pre school. Which might be small but as per my experience I wish that kids for pre-kg must be admitted in small nursery school as they will have individual attention. High sophisticated schools take admission in mass and they force the children to learn in their way. even lack attention is given. Only when your child comes to first you can admit him to good moderate school where there is no burden. When you shift you can try for schools because in advance you will not be sure about your location.
Last year we got transferred and I did the same with my son. I admitted him in small nursery where individual attention is given and he has improved a lot in UKG what he had studied in LKG in different place.

As you have stated that session is almost over of the distinguished schools existing in your locality but it does not mean that your scope in getting a seat in some medium category nursery - school is over. You may have a look of all such schools having an approachable distance from your household and it would be much better to gather informations regarding their different parameters such as paying individual attention to the kids especially recognising the attitudes of the individuals, nurturing their learning skills and most importantly the teachers of the schools would be required to look after the children having frequent urge to go to toilet or motion has occurred and this is not being told to their teachers. Here the kids would learn many disciplinary habits including the healthy ways of toilet habits.
Your child is four year old and if properly being trained in congenial atmosphere in such a school would pave the way for admission in reputed school in the next year in a UKG class.

I have checked every established good schools in your mentioned areas, Delhi, West Delhi. Gurgaon and nearby places. You are correct. In all these well-established schools, the admission schedule for 2019-20 is over by 7.1.2019.

So you are left with one option.
Admit your child this year to a nearby, local, smaller Pre-primary or play school, so that his education continues.
This will also make him ready for the bigger schools, and the panic will not recur.
Now that you know, the admission time, make sure to start applying since the middle of December this year.

As you are still not sure, where your next location, it is better that you get your child admitted in a school that will be near to your future location, after you settle down.
