Eligibility for Civil Service after twice clearing Class 12 with different Boards

In 2014 I completed my 12th in the Arts stream in CBSE board and then in 2015 I completed my 12th in the Science stream in Bihar board. I am graduating in the Arts stream and there is a two-year gap. Now I am preparing for Civil Service. I would like to know whether doing my Class 12 twice and through different Boards will be acceptable or whether it may create some problems, legal or otherwise. This doubt has made me confused and I cannot concentrate on my exams.
