  • You are eligible to apply for M.Sc Physics after completing your B.Sc Physics from any Indian University provided this university is recognised and having UGC approval for the course and the college you have studied. But you should have a good score on your GATE and TOEFL. Students from IITs not required GATE examination.
An aptitude assessment will be conducted and admission will be given based on your performance in this test. After the application is submitted the TUM will evaluate whether you meet the specific requirements for it's master's degree program. First of all your marks in your graduation and the written documents will be evaluated and points will be allotted. Based on the points obtained they will decide to call for an interview or directly giving a seat. Applicants may be admitted directly based on the point obtained. Otherwise, the application may be rejected or they may invite the candidate to an admission interview.

  • As you have done your graduation with Physics as one of the subjects you can apply for MS/ M.Sc. in Physics in TUM, Germany. Only thing is they have stringent eligibility criterion for those applicants. First thing is that they expect you to have at least 75% or 7.5 cgpa score in your graduation. They also require you to have preferably a score of at least 6.5 in IELTS test or score of 88 in TOEFL test. If you are meeting these conditions you an go ahead with the application modalities and payment of requisite fees for registration.

Hansraj and Hindu, both the colleges are UGC approved and quite reputed colleges. So, there should not be any problem on that account.

    Knowledge is power.

  • You are eligible for MSc in Physics provided you have completed you B.sc from a Govt recognized institute. For admission in the physics in Germany, you have to score well in B.sc, Gate and TOFEL or IELTS to be eligible for getting admission in the foreign universities including Germany. For studying in any foreign university, the competition to get admission is always a bit difficult but not impossible provided you prepare well for the interviews and score well in Gate and TOEFL.

So, you are very well eligible for admission in a foreign university provided you score well in Gate and TOFEL and prepare accordingly. Best of luck!
