Mistake in filling the caste category in SBI clerk form

Have you made a mistake in filling the SBI clerk form? Worried how to resolve the issue if cleared in the mains exam and called for document verification? Here, on this page our experts shall provide you with advice to resolve this issue.

I have mistakenly marked OBC as my category in SBI clerk form but I belong to the creamy layer. Now the results for the prelims have been announced and I have cleared the same in GENERAL category.
So if after clearing the mains exam as well they will call for document verification. How can I rectify this mistake?

You have stated tat "Now the results for the prelims have been announced and I have cleared the same in GENERAL category."If you are very sure that you are selected not under the OBC category reservation, and only in the General category,you need not take it very serious now.
Appear for the further legs of the test/interview with proper preparation and homework to be successful.

When you get recruited, they again take the papers and at that time you can submit the correct and truthful information and proof.
