At present, I am residing in Chennai. I don't remember whether I have applied for a Community Certificate or not. Now the only option for me to is searching at the govt. website, and I don't know how to do the same. Is there any chance to find the application number through the name in the Tamilnadu Govt. website?

  • Hi,

You need to remember application ID or Registration number.

If you have any of these numbers, please go to the below link and you can easily find out the status of your application at the moment.

  • Tamil Nadu Govt has enacted an e-service portal where one can find out information about the services for issuing or reissuing of community certificates. I have checked there and found some helpline number. You can contact in that and ask them about your case whether you can get a duplicate certificate or you have to apply fresh.

The helpline number is 18004251333 and their detailed contact information is -
