How to transfer the original pre-installed OS to a new SSD?

Anyway, I am trying to give a brief of the procedure and other tasks to be done in this matter. As the existing hard disc in your laptop is not giving satisfactory performance it is time to replace it with a SSD (solid state drive).

First thing is you have to buy a compatible sized SSD from the market which can physically fit in the space where the present hard disc is fitted in your laptop.
