How to unlock iCloud in iPhones

If your iPhone is locked in the iCloud screen and even after force shutoff it is coming back to same then you have to visit the apple help centre online or visit a service centre with the original invoice of the phone which you have purchased. If you are able to come back to the home screen then you have to click on Settings and then select General Erase and select Erase all data. This would take some time and phone would go back to factory settings. At this time you will be asked to enter a user ID and passcode to set up the phone further. Apple has a method of protecting its devices against theft so that no one can use it without entering the user ID and passcode. In case you have forgotten your user ID and passcode then you have to visit Apple site and enter your phone serial number etc to get a new user ID and passcode.

If your iPhone is second hand then you would need help from the earlier owner as without getting the user ID and passcode from him it would not be possible to set up the phone in such conditions. You'll first need to enable the iCloud Drive within iCloud.

1. Tap the Settings app.

2. Press the button at the very top. You should see your name above the words "Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store."

3. Tap "iCloud."

4. Below the "Apps Using iCloud" section, toggle the "iCloud Drive" button toward the green for "On," if it isn't already.

5. Now that the Drive has been enabled, you can access files in your iCloud using the Files app.

Then follow below steps

1. Open the Files app.
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner to open a drop down menu. Select "Edit."

3. Use the slider to enable iCloud Drive in the Files app.

4. You'll now be able to access your iCloud Drive documents and files.
