    1) MLT stands for Medical Laboratory Technology where an aspirant can study B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology with some Institutes such as Christian College Vellore, Arunachal University - Lohit, DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai, Symbosis Internatiy Univesity, Pune etc
    B.Sc in MLT is a three year degree programme providing detailed studies in the area of Clinical Chemistry , Microbilogy, Immunology, Serology etc and in order to secure admission in a reputed Institute in the said course, the aspirant has to clear 10+2 examination of a recognised Board with a minimum of 55 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
    Selection would be made on the basis of marks secured by the aspirants on the centralised system basis.
    Some of the colleges do have their entrance tests and personnel interview to assess the eligibility of the aspirants.
    Later one can take up M.Sc in MLT consisting of two year duration.
    DMLT is a diploma course in Medical laboratory Technology equipping the students with the different inputs so that they can take up different pathological tests in both government hospitals, private hospitals, Nursing Homes etc.
    PG DMLT is the post graduate diploma course of Medical Laboratory Test consisting of two year duration, but in some of institutions the duration of the course is one year only.
    Eligibility of this programme is the qualifying the Bachelor's degree in B.Sc with the subjects of Chemistry and Zoology with the minimum of 40 percent of marks.
    However, intake of students is based upon the performance of the final result of your graduation and so to remain in safe side, you should have a better scorings.
