The correct name of this university is Pacific Academy of Higher Education & Research (PAHER) and it was approved by UGC earlier and UGC would time to time audit and check it for due compliance. So far there is no information about UGC in this regard and it is not appearing in the list of the fake or debarred institutions. So you can go ahead for your degree. There are so many universities in our country and many of them are under inspection or audit by UGC. If found working against the provisions of UGC, it can suspend them any time but it would be from the present date. Generally a UGC approval is valid for 5 years but in case of delay in renewal it is deemed to be applicable. If UGC cannot give approval or rejection in time then it is neither the fault of the institute nor the students and the law of natural justice in such cases favour the students.
