    Planning to buy a budgeted acocmodation? Want to knwo how to find builders or sellers or brokers and the detailed procedure to own the flat? All your questions will be answered by our experts here.

    I would like to know the cheap and best flat (1 or 2 BHK) builders or sellers in Bangalore or any other cities to suggest others. What are the procedures to own it? What is the minimum amount to pay monthly? Any initial payment? Kindly suggest on this.

Here you will have to fill the form available at builder's office buy paying application form fee. You will have to provide a copy of Aadhar card, PAN card. Further, you need to attached bank cheque / DD of prescribed fee amount as booking fee it is usually the 5 % of the total cost of the flat.
