Can I take BCA (UG) with my qualification of +2 in commerce stream with statistics

Generally, BCA is not allowed to those students who don't have mathematics subjects in10+2. But, eligibility criteria vary from university to university. So, you are eligible to do a BCA course after completing 12th from the commerce stream. There are many universities in India that offer BCA to commerce background students. As far as admission procedure is concerned, some universities take admission based on the entrance test while some take admission on the basis of a mark.
