Will UFM in a university exam affect eligibility for a government exam

In your case, there will not be any impact on selection as you got all the qualifications required for the post. Already you had the punishment and because of that punishment, you lost your time. There ends the matter. You can apply for the post and you will not be stopped from getting selected for the post. Sometimes when you have to compete with another person who is having similar merits but is not having UFM, you may be next to him on the list.
