  • You have done your MA. In my opinion, the best option is to pursue B.Ed. Once you get your B.Ed qualification you can try for a government teacher post. These days the payments for government teachers are also good. So you can think of doing B.Ed. Some private colleges are offering lecturer or junior lecturer posts in their colleges to Postgraduates in the concerned subject. You can join a college as a lecturer and you can do your B.Ed in distance mode. While working there you can write UGCNET and you may get selected with the experience you are gaining through teaching the students.
You can think of trying for State government group I or group II or similar jobs with your qualification. At the same time, you can apply for UPSC posts also. You may get positive results based on your hard work.

Now coming to your enquiry about ITIL certification, it is nice to obtain that certification and that will increase chances for you to get a job in an IT-related field. This certification will make you an expert in the common language that is used by IT experts and you can communicate easily with them. In this way, it will teach you the methodology and language that is required for IT administrations. There are 5 levels in this certification starting from level 1 to level 5. ITIL 1 is the foundation course and ITIL 2 is the master level. There are some organisations offering this certification and you can get the details through the internet

  • You should not be frustrated with your recent attempts but your efforts need to gear up in the lines for which you have intense passion. You can try the following tips for the betterment of your career.
    1) Try to have a career of a high school teacher- With your existing qualifications, it would not be difficult to have a career of a teacher in a private high school. At the same time, take up the B.Ed course from IGNOU. With their course materials and your independent studies in your free time will help you to have the B.Ed course.
    2) Preparation for BDO job or other allied services- It would not be difficult for you to qualify state civil service examination or any allied services of your liking with your regular studies. For a thorough guidance in this area join a professional institution having excellent reputation in this area.
    3) Take up the course of Banking Examination from a reputed institution- you would learn the short cut steps while attempting the Banking Examinations and the tricks as suggested by them would help you to get a job of probationary officers in a bank.
    4) Preparation of ITIL certification - If you are so much passionate about this field, you need a certification in this area from a recognised institution. It consists of five stages such as 1) Service Strategy 2) Service Design 3) Service Transition 4) Service Operation 5) Continued service Improvement.
You will have to be familiar with these stages and should have sound concepts in these tools. Once you pass the certification, you will have better job avenues in an IT sector.

  • You have done your PG in Philosophy. Generally a person with this qualification can try in the field of education, research, counselling, pubic service, student affairs, journalism etc. As you could not get success in NET then it would not be possible for you to get a lecturer job but if you have interest in research and pursue a PhD then you can again have scope for getting a teaching job in university or some institution. You can consider that option but that would eat up 3-4 years from now on.
Another thing is go for B.Ed. and then try for a teaching job in schools. That seems to be a better option especially if you have interest in teaching line.
You can also consider trying to appear in some competitive exam which can give you opportunity to get a job in central or state Govt or civil services or Railways or Post Office or some PSU etc. There is a lot of competition there but the vacancies are also large.
Another option could be to go for diploma or certificate course in HR related topics after which one can apply in corporates or industry in their HR wings. Every organisation has a HR cell to take care of its employees from recruitment to retirement. So the job scope is there.
Coming to the computer area, ITIL course could be an option but the area of software is already very crowded and entering it at that stage is not very easy especially to carve out a career. But there are many areas in computer field where good scope is there and positions are created at a good pace. These areas are digital marketing, web designing, android apps and management, data base management, cloud computing etc. Here one will have to acquire the requisite skills by undertaking an appropriate IT course from some reputed online agency like coursera, unacademy etc.
Please note that having PG in a subject may not be very helpful for getting a job but if you acquire some skills in some niche area then the chances of getting jobs increase significantly. You can identify some such areas where you have interest and liking and then attend some course to acquire knowledge in that area.
If you have anything in your mind which evokes your interest and you have a fancy for that stream then please share here in this thread only and experts in this site would be happy to guide and help you further in the matter.
Please note that making a career does not mean simply some teaching or some Govt job. One can start a business or join a business house where commodity trading is done. It is not connected with our academic past but it is also a career.

    Knowledge is power.

  • You have completed M.A in philosophy so you can go for a teaching job. For doing a teaching job, you need to do B.Ed. All govt schools demand B.Ed as an essential qualification for becoming a school teacher. You can apply to junior college also. If you are failed in clearing the NET test then no need to worry about it. You should apply a for Ph.D. After completing this, you will get job opportunities in many private colleges. Besides teaching jobs, there are many job opportunities in another field also. You can try for a civil services examination. For which you will have to do hard work with dedication. You can also try for the banking sector where different types of jobs are there. As far as the ITIL course is concerned it is not easy. But you wanted to join this field, you need certification in this area from a recognised institution. There are five stages of this course was:-
    1) Service Strategy
    2) Service Design
    3) Service Transition
    4) Service Operation
