Forgot to add experience in DSSSB Form

It is almost a year since you applied for the post of Pharmacist (Homeopathy). Already DSSSB released its notification DSSSB 2022 in the month of December 2021. Please see the official website of the DSSSB, https://dsssb.delhi.gov.in. You can see the latest position of that advertisement. They have given the calendar also in the site. By referring to that you will understand the status of your application.

As per the job requirement no experience is required. There may not be any problem even though you have not mentioned that. But sometimes it may come as suppression of facts and your application may not be considered at a later stage.

So please send a registered letter to the following address saying that you are working with so and so PSU and you have forgotten to mention your experience in the application. You can also mention that you applied with information to the present employer. You said that you informed your present employer. DSSSB may ask NOC from the current employer to consider you for the job. If you are sure you can get NOC from the present employer, there will not be an issue.

Though there was no experience asked specifically in that advertisement but if you have some experience then why not to share it with them. Did you apply online? What is your acknowledgement number or reference number? If you have the details then you can send them an email in their site or separately after seeing it in their site intimating all these experience details and mention that you had forgotten to mention that at the time of applying and now want to make as a part of your application. If they do not accept email information for corrections and supplementary information then you have to send by registered post the details of your experience and request to incorporate them at this stage. Please keep a copy of all these documents with you so that you can present them at the time of counselling or physical verification of the documents or interview.
Another important thing in the matter is that you might had applied through proper channel and you would require a NOC from the present department (PSU) before leaving the present job and joining the new one if you are selected. That itself would vouch for your experience. In case you have applied directly in DSSSB without telling them that you are working in a PSU then the situation would be different and you will have to just resign here and join the new department without producing any NOC. In that case you need not to send the information regarding the experience as that has no meaning if you have not applied through proper channel. It will create unnecessary confusion only.

Since you are working under Central Government PSU, you will have to follow the model standing order of the organisation. As you have indicated that you forgot to mention your working experience of the current organisation but the same might be taken otherwise from your current organisation in the event of your selection in DSSSB.
The following measures are to be taken from your end so as to avoid any disciplinary proceedings against you.
1) Inform immediately to the personnel department of your current organisation that you have already applied in DSSSB and as such you are in need of NOC to be sent to DSSSB.
2) Without fail, the same has to be intimated to your DSSB authorities that you are already on the roll of a PSU and a NOC issued by the organisation would be sent shortly.
3) Never remain under impression that these formalities are not required since the job of DSSB does not require any experience.
4) Suppression of facts is always treated as an act of indiscipline and hence don't invite any trouble in your service career.
5) Join in your next organisation only when you are issued with a NOC.
