Is it possible to make a high Income blog with Indian traffic?

I have not tried making a blog separately and I spend a lot of time on this ISC site only. I have Adsense approval. But the money that is coming from this is very less. But I read many reports which say that good money can be earned by blogging. As per the reports, I read on average a blogger can earn up to $400 per month. A professional blogger may get an income of around $10,000 every month. There are some bloggers who earn around $20,000 every month. This income completely depends on the content you post on the blog and the number of visitors to the blog.
You can make your blog more profitable by following some of the following points.
1. Visitors can be motivated by offering some share of the earnings to the blog through their postings.
2. Contact advertising networks and get their approval. Adsense is the best. In addition to that, there are many other similar advertising platforms.
3. Launching online courses based on your expertise.
4. Try to get advertisements on your blog by contacting known companies and products.
5. Try to conduct online webinars so that people can have a better understanding of your blog.

There was a time when blogging was a very lucrative area. That was the time when blogging was in its initial phase and few players were there and were able to earn money through the revenue sharing with the host blogging platform. Is it possible to make a high Income blog with Indian traffic?

Yes it is possible but you have to fulfill at least few parameters out of many, few as below;

New domain or blog shall chase the few years' old domain or blog's niche contents.

Daily five to fifteen posts (niche articles) should be added without fail for few months or years to get various ranks like DA, PA and on.

Each post shall be with reasonable quality which includes better presentation of the article+few hundred words+few-paragrah+sentence+keywords+basic-SEO+relevant image+video (tag - if any)+related article links in it.

Without violating Google's search policy., and adhering Google's Panda and Penguin algorithm update is a must.

The more you add the content on your blog, the more chances of traffic and earning from it. Google's business most of them are online, so, you need to meet their expectation obviously to earn a portion from them.

And, third party adv on your blog may help to increase your income.

Nowadays, blogging has become a very common job. Many people indulge in this job. Earlier, it was not much difficult to earn money through blogging. But, it is going to be difficult to earn money day by day as more competition in this field. One of the most important things is, If you want to earn money through blogging then you should post quality content. Nowadays, the Google AdSense approval process has become much easier than before. I applied with the Google Adsense program two times in the year 2016 and it got rejected all the times citing the following reasons.

We can not conclude that it is impossible to earn handsome money from blogging and AdSense. It is up to how we manage our blog from time to time.

There is no restriction on the niche of websites. You can proceed to apply with any niche website. Some of the website ideas you may try are:

1. Tips and motivation blogs.
2. Learning and tutorial blogs on any particular niche.

6. Membership and community websites like ISC.

But, the amount of earnings depends on the niche category you select. For education and insurance-related content, AdSense earnings are high when compared to other niches.
