You can do B Tech from any university or college in Hyderabad that offers part-time courses and distance education.
The eligibility criteria for doing graduation on distance mode is a diploma in the same field in which you want to do your B Tech. But B.Tech completed through distance education is not recognised by UGC. But many colleges and Universities are offering part-time courses to working professionals. The full form of AMIE is "Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers". AMIE is a professional certification given by the Institution of Engineers (India).
