Does changed signature create problem in SSC document verification? Know our experts' opinion.

Am preparing for ssc , having document verification next month, i used to write my name in my signature space of marksheets of 10th, 12th, degree. as its too long i changed my signature .Now for ssc exams i use the changed signature, having this changed signature in id proofs like pan card, passport, driving license. Will this be a problem for me in document verification of ssc ? Anyone who knows about this kindly reply me.

  • If your signature on the application for a job is matching with your signature on other identity cards, you will not have any problem.
Personally, my signature in y 10th certificate book is different from the signature I have on my identity cards. I use the same signature that is on my identity cards for all purposes. So far I have not faced any problems. None of my applications were rejected so far. I am retired now and worked in various jobs for 40 years.
So you use the same signature that is on your identity cards and go ahead. You will not have any problem.

  • You have to ensure that the signature appearing on your job application should match with the other identity cards under your possession such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voter I'd card etc.,
Document verification is the part of process of any job and the verification authorities would like to see that there is uniformity of your signature in all your identity cards and the signature being put by you on your job application is not mismatching with other cards under your possession.
If you have put your signature in the job application form matching with all your relevant documents, it is not likely to impact you in a negative way. You need not worry on that account.
