Validity of Sub-judice selection lists

The validity of the list will be extended after the court decision. The court might have given a stay after some time after the announcement of the list. Then after the verdict, the validity will continue, till one year is over. \Let us take an example.
1. The list is announced in the month of January 2021.
2. The court has given a stay in the month of February 2021. That means after one month the court has given a stay.
3. The court has given the verdict in the month of December 2021.
4, The validity of the list will be extended for another 11 months. So the list will be in force till November 2022.

In all the cases, the validity would be shifted after the final judgment of the court. You have rightly said that the selection list remains valid for a year after the intervention of the court the validity will remain continued even after the lapse of one year. This could be understood with the following examples-
1) The list is announced in April '21 and it was stayed by the court in June '21 signifying that duration of stay was effected after two months.
2) The court has given its final verdict in March '22. and consequently the list come in force from March '23.
