Court orders pertaining to considering candidates delayed submission of documents

There are some sites where you can try to search the relevant court orders of India. Generally a CNN number is required to search but there are some other options also and one can try that by going to the following site (https://services.ecourts.gov.in).
Another site is there (https://main.sci.gov.in/judgments) where one can browse through the cases category wise. So after searching for a while one can get the desired court case and judgement pronounced.
