    Exposing to early morning Sunlight is good to keep the diseases away. Researchers in Boston has come to a conclusion that early morning sun rays are very good for our health and patients with multiple sclerosis can have the definite cure from various diseases. This reminds me of the grandmaa treatment, when new born babies especially affected with jaundice are exposed to early morning sun rays in the villages. What India has been following in villages for ages, now being authenticated by researchers. What do you say ?

    Morning sun rays are good for health. Morning below 10 AM and evening after 4 PM sun rays are good for health.The scientists believed that the rays were contained 'D' Vitamin and it creates energy in the body cells and improves resistant power in the body.
    The old saying are only beliefs but there had no proofs.But everything has its own limits. If we cross the limits that will harm us. If the intensity of rays increases either in morning or evening that will make us inconvenience and create bad impact on the body.

    Morning sunlight is the richest and free source of Vitamin D. My grand-parents used to seat in sunlight early morning.

    Early morning sun light is indeed very good for the human body and hence our elders keep insisting on going for walks early in the morning so that we get exposure to good sun rays. These rays are extremely good source of Vitamin D which is very essential for a healthy body. In fact, my mother goes for a walk every morning and sits in our building compound to gain exposure to sunlight before 7:30 a.m. in the morning.

    Even many people prefer exercising and doing Yoga openly in a park under the early morning sunlight.

    Preferably the evening sun is better for exposure.

    Morning sun grows and heat intensity goes on increasing. This may invite head ache. Traditional knowledge warns of precipitating "pitha" by overexposure to sunlight.
    However exposure to evening sunlight is good as the intensity only decreases and more activity will not harm you with the heat from sun. It is also understood to increase skin texture. The evening walk under light sun is good for vitamin D also.

    The early morning sunlight is seriously good for heath. in this sunlight in human body vitamin D produce. which improves our body immunity and keep away from diseases. in old days people said early morning sunlight is good for health, because they had good experience of it but, they could not explain it because they don't have any proof.But, now we have the actual reason and proof.
