Need help on HP gas registration processes.

I am asking this doubt on behalf of my readers in this article.

Most of them are asking about password criteria to register in http://myhpgas.in/. When ever they are trying to register new account in myhpgas.in they are getting this error message "Password does not meet minimum complexity". I advised them to try alphabets, numbers and symbols but of no use. I to did not have any knowledge in HP gas, I tried customer support but failed to get answer.

So I am requesting my fellow ISCians who are using HP gas and register in myhgas.in to guide in this issue.

Instead of booking through on line or internet, better to visit the HP gas show room or dealer in your town and take the new connection across the table by paying money.

@Mohan sir,
You miss my point, actually they are trying to register in DBTL Scheme through mylpg.in. While doing some of them encounter the problem I mention above. So I need help from our fellow ISCians, who are using HP gas and register for DBTL scheme to guide us on this issue.
