How good CM is Mr. mufti mohammad sayeed?

Hello ISCian

It is true that a chief minister is chosen by the civilian of that state and like any any other state J&K have its own. We have no business of telling them that he is not the right person for the job. But I think a CM decision not only affect a state but it affects the whole nation and as a civilian of the nation I have business and so do you.

Mr. Mufti mohammad sayeed every decision so far was another decision of hurting our sentiments. Recently he released Masarat Alam, who organised anti-India protest which left 112 people death. I think He is not the right person for the job what do you think Please let everyone know.

What I sadly get to feel and doubt nowadays is: the elected representatives and the elected governments first attend to fulfill the private hidden promises they would have given to those who funded their party or election and the 'bulk' vote agents. It is only a feared guess coming from the statements and actions they make and take in haste and immediately and before doing any other public welfare matter.

I think there is not much difference in this between parties and between states and center also.

It is so sad that the welfare of the whole state or country or general public comes very low on their priority.

The Present government headed by Mufti Mohd Sayeed is having cooperation from BJP and surely before taking the oath common minimum program was drafted and then agreed upon over the governance and priorities. So Mufti has been doing things as per the wishes of his party than has been discussed and agreed upon. BJP nor Congress cannot criticize or ask the new CM to take back his decisions. But one thing is sure, anti India activities risen through his actions will not be pardoned and will be questioned by people. So the new CM must be careful in dealing with sensitive issues.

It doesn't seem to be good at all and hope BJP acts on it as early as possible. But does Article 370 lay any restraint on the Centre from involving itself in their matters? Am little doubtful on this.
